Kuwait – Mubasher: Equipment Holding will hold its previously postponed extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 14 December.
The company’s shareholders will discuss shrinking the number of the board to 5 members instead of 7, according to a bourse filing issued on Monday.
On the stock level, Equipment gained 1.16% to reach 42.5 fils at the opening of Monday.
